Welcome to Zlaty Zralotel (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Zlaty Zralotel governing your access to and use of our website, algorithmic trading tools, data analytics interfaces, and related software services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing, registering for, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To access the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By creating an account or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are legally permitted to use digital asset analytics tools under all applicable laws of your country of residence or incorporation;
  • You are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive economic sanctions or restrictions applicable in the United Kingdom or international bodies;
  • All information provided during registration or verification is accurate, current, and complete;
  • You will maintain the confidentiality and security of your credentials and accept sole responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.

2. Scope of Platform and Educational Purpose

Zlaty Zralotel provides automated market analysis software, computational signal indicators, and risk management parameters. The Platform operates solely as an algorithmic software provider. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Zlaty Zralotel does not operate as an investment manager, portfolio manager, certified financial planner, or regulated depository institution;
  • None of the software outputs, signals, automated indicators, or quantitative models constitute individualized financial advice, investment recommendations, or tax guidance;
  • All automated calculations and trading models are executed based on algorithmic rules determined by technological configurations and market data inputs;
  • You retain sole responsibility and ultimate discretion over whether to deploy capital, connect third-party exchange APIs, or act upon platform data.

3. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the Platform exclusively for legitimate, lawful purposes. You shall not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code or proprietary algorithmic logic from the Platform;
  • Deploy automated crawlers, scrapers, data-mining spiders, or excessive automated requests without explicit written authorisation;
  • Interfere with, impair, or compromise the operational integrity, network infrastructure, or security systems of the Platform;
  • Transmit malicious code, viruses, trojans, worms, or any unauthorized payloads;
  • Use the Platform to conduct money laundering, terrorism financing, market manipulation, wash trading, or spoofing.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform, including algorithmic frameworks, computational methods, user interfaces, branding, software code, designs, graphics, and textual materials, are owned by or licensed to Zlaty Zralotel. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and use the Platform for personal or internal business operations. No intellectual property rights are assigned or transferred to you.

5. Disclaimers of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Zlaty Zralotel disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, system accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from software bugs or latent errors. We do not warrant that market signals, price feeds, or algorithmic models will produce profitable outcomes or prevent losses.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, neither Zlaty Zralotel, its directors, officers, employees, partners, nor service agents shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, digital asset devaluation, lost capital, loss of data, exchange downtime, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In all circumstances, the aggregate cumulative liability of Zlaty Zralotel arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to the Platform in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or £100 GBP, whichever is greater.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zlaty Zralotel, its affiliates, officers, contractors, and employees from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to resolve any dispute arising in connection with these Terms.

9. Modifications to the Terms and Platform

We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When modifications are published, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes have been posted constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision is deemed unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
